I do not direct bill insurance, but it can be easily submitted for reimbursement. Seniors in Alberta are also provided $200 provincial insurance on top of any existing third party insurance they may carry. This is provided through Alberta Blue Cross. During your first visit, we will review your medical history, discuss your current symptoms, and conduct a thorough examination including a digital postural assessment, hands-on spinal exam and any additional orthopedic or neurological tests to evaluate how I can best help you.
Your first adjustment is typically scheduled on your second visit, once we have had a chance to review all findings and recommendations with you. If you are in need of more urgent care, please let us know.
Initial consultations last about 45 minutes (60 minutes for the comprehensive intake). Once we have a plan of care, follow-up treatments are usually quite efficient and only take up to 15 minutes. Extended 30 minute visits are available when required also. If there is a new injury or concern, we recommend reserving a little more time.
We have 30-min free parking directly in front of our office. For longer appointments, there is free street parking across from our office on Bellevue Ave, Adjacent to us on MacDonald Ave in front of the church as well as a small parking lot at the bottom of the hill from the park.
We request 24 h notice for any change to your scheduled appoitnment. This ensures that we have availability for those who need and want to get in. Late cancellations or no-shows will be subject to a fee equal to the service. If life events are beyond your control, please let us know.
