Tips for Navigating our Booking Software

We love JANE, our scheduling software. She does have some quirks, and there may be some features you are unaware of that can create a more optimal experience. Here are some tips to get the most out of the software:

Use a unique Login name for different offices

You likely have multiple practitioners using Jane. If you use the same login (either name, or using google/ facebook) for each of them, Jane can get confused which business you are logging into. I recommend choosing a unique login for each practitioner. It could be "chiro(name)" or something, so if your device is recommending multiple jane login options, you know which one is for us!

Use the same login at my office every time

Once you've chosen your chiro login name, be sure to use it every time. If you use a different login, it thinks you are a new patient and (it does warn you) but it may create a new file for you altogether. If this happens, you will not have access to your previous documents that may have been shared with you, or previous appointments. This is fixable on my end, so no sweat, just let me know.

Waitlist

When you are booking online, there is a waitlist option at the bottom of the services menu. I LOVE this feature. If you find the time you want, great. If not, add yourself to the waitlist! For one, if someone cancels, you will get first dibs to grab that spot (keep an eye on your email, as this is where you will be notified). The other reason though, is that I see this on my screen. Add whatever notes (i.e. if this is an urgent request, new injury, etc.) and if I'm able to create space for you either in or out of my schedule, I will do my best!

Newsletters

On your initial intake form, it will ask you if you want "marketing emails". This is your opt-in for my newsletter. I send it once a month, and I try to bring as much value to each episode as I can, offering you cool new brain hacks, exercises, lifestyle tips, resources, community events, promotions and of course important announcements such as any changes to hours, fees, etc. I too get overwhelmed with emails and information, so my hope is that  you opt in...you can opt out at any time. OR, if you have previously opted out, you can opt back in by either notifying me, or at the bottom of your "contact info" within your personal online booking page.
