Visit 1...this is a discovery visit!

Prior to your first visit, you will receive an email link to your intake forms...please fill these out ahead of time. We will review your forms and dig deeper into relevant health history including your health goals & expectations. A digital postural assessment will be performed as well as a hands-on Chiropractic exam. Wear comfortable clothing! There may be additional diagnostic tests that are recommended at this time to get a clear picture of your current concern & needs(i.e. x-ray, ultrasound). If you have prior imaging and are able to provide that, please bring it with you!

The information gathered on this visit will be reviewed to create a custom care plan for you to receive optimal results, which will be presented at your next visit!
