Pulling from the archives, this video dives into the important reminder that although the body is comprised of many “parts”, true body function has nothing working in isolation. It can be easy to focus on a specific area that may be causing issue like a knee that has pain, or an achey low back, however that knee pain may in fact be coming from restricted hips, or that back pain may be related to an abnormal neck curvature. Approaching the body with a holistic mindset helps to address these sometimes obscure connections that may be either compensating or closer to the root cause of the problem.
